Remember try and get as many organic and fresh vegetables as you can. Farmers markets are great for lower costs foods. But if you can't afford the organic then get fresh or frozen never canned.
Meats: Try and get grass fed with no antibiotics. But if you can't find or can't afford you will be fine. There is just a whole thing with the way animals are fed and how it affects us. And antibiotics are not your friend. I will explain more later either in a blog post or add it to the course.
Remember to read all labels for hidden sugars. Lunch meats, bacon and sauces have them added in a lot of products.
